Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Guess the Color game and this website, made by Potato Powered Games Ltd (“we”). By playing, you agree to them. If you downloaded the app from the App Store or Google Play, their standard terms also apply.

Playing the game

The game is free to play. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Please don’t copy, modify, resell or try to hack the game.

Virtual items

Lives, hints and other in-game items have no real-world value and can’t be exchanged for money or transferred to other players. We may adjust how they work to keep the game balanced.

Purchases

Purchases are handled by Apple or Google and are subject to their terms. Items you buy are delivered to the device you’re playing on. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases are non-refundable; refund requests go to Apple or Google. If a purchase doesn’t arrive, see our support page.

Progress

Your progress is stored on your device. Deleting the app or resetting progress in Settings may remove it, and we can’t recover it.

Ads

The free version shows ads. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising works.

Logos and trademarks

The logos, flags and characters in the puzzles belong to their respective owners and are used for identification in a trivia game. Their use doesn’t mean those owners endorse or are connected with the game.

Shared results

When you share a Daily Challenge result, you’re responsible for where you post it. Shared links show only your result, not who you are.

No warranty

The game is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it running smoothly but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the game.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to play after changes means you accept the updated terms.
